Solitary Plasmacytoma of the Skull Base

We report a case of a solitary plasmacytoma of the skull base in an otherwise asymptomatic patient. The patient was investigated with plain x-ray films. computed tomography (CT). MRI. The solitary plasmacytoma of bone has a certain relationship
to
multiple myeloma and rarely been described in the skull base.
